This Privacy Policy describes how Hakeem Voice (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the “Service”).

We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use the Service, and information from integrations you connect.

• Account information such as name, email address, authentication details, and organization/team membership.
• Usage data such as pages viewed, features used, and activity logs to operate and improve the Service.
• Customer and booking data that you choose to store in the Service (for example, customer identifiers, appointment times, notes, and related metadata).
• Integration data when you connect third-party services (for example, WhatsApp/Facebook APIs), which may include identifiers, access tokens, phone number identifiers, and message metadata necessary to provide the integration features.
• Google Calendar data when you connect Google Calendar (described in detail below), including OAuth tokens, your Google account email address, calendar list metadata, and read-only copies of events from calendars you choose to enable.

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
• Enable your organization workspace and team collaboration.
• Connect and operate integrations you configure (e.g., WhatsApp channels).
• When you connect Google Calendar, show your external events in the Service calendar and treat busy periods as unavailable for scheduling, based on calendars you select (see the next section).
• Provide customer support and respond to requests.
• Monitor, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
• Improve our products, including analytics and performance measurement.

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, you sign in with Google and grant the Service read-only access to your calendars and permission to read your Google account email address (the scopes we request are limited to those purposes). We do not create, change, or delete events in your Google Calendar through this integration.

What we access from Google. We retrieve your calendar list (identifiers, titles, and display colors where available) and, for each calendar you turn on in the Service, events in a rolling time window (approximately the next 120 days from the current date, and we may refresh that data periodically while the connection is active). For each event we may process data returned by Google such as title, start and end time, whether the event is all-day, busy/free transparency, and event type. Event titles and other fields may contain personal or sensitive information depending on what you store in Google Calendar.

Why we use it. We use this information only to provide features you request: displaying those events in your organization calendar in the Service and marking times as busy so bookings do not overlap your external calendar, within your organization workspace.

How we store it. We store OAuth tokens and the synced calendar data on our servers so the feature works reliably and does not require a live request to Google for every page load. Access to this data is limited to what is needed to operate the Service.

Limited use. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not sell Google user data; we do not use Google user data for serving advertisements; and we do not allow humans to read Google user data except with your consent, for security or abuse prevention, to comply with applicable law, or as part of our internal operations in aggregated or de-identified form where permitted.

Disconnecting. You can disconnect Google Calendar from the organization calendar settings in the Service. When you disconnect, we ask Google to revoke the connection and we remove the stored connection and synced events from our active systems, subject to standard backup and retention practices described elsewhere in this policy.

Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Terms of Service. Google is not responsible for the Service.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, analytics, email delivery), under appropriate contractual safeguards.
• Third-party integrations you connect (for example, WhatsApp/Facebook or Google) to deliver features you request.
• Legal and safety if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes, such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. You can request deletion as described below. Google Calendar sync data and tokens are removed when you disconnect the integration, as described in Section 4.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information.

Data deletion requests: email us at support@hakeemvoice.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include your account email and organization name (if applicable). We may ask for additional information to verify your request.

Google Calendar: You can disconnect anytime in the Service (organization calendar settings). You can also review or remove the app's access in your Google Account third-party access settings.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and if changes are material we will take additional steps as required by law.
