These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hakeem Voice website and services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Hakeem Voice provides tools for organizations to manage bookings, customers, and communication channels (including integrations such as WhatsApp/Facebook APIs where enabled).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe or violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Transmit malware, spam, or abusive content.
• Use the Service in a way that interferes with or disrupts its operation or security.

The Service may interoperate with third-party platforms (for example, WhatsApp/Facebook). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Some features may be offered for a fee. If you purchase paid features, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, content, and trademarks, except for content you provide to the Service.

You retain rights to the content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content (including customer data and messages) to the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hakeem Voice will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Palestine, without regard to conflict of law principles.
